Nutritional Advice
“In the midst of plenty, people are starving !”
Sue made this statement over twenty years ago and it is even more true today. In her opinion people are leaving supermarkets with trolleys loaded with ‘no food’.
We have forgotten why
we eat – for nutrition – to supply every cell in our bodies with the
necessary nutrients, vital minerals and vitamins. Every moment of the day the
cells (building blocks) of our body are renewing themselves. They can only do
this healthily with nutritious ‘fuel’.
This is not science – it’s a common sense that Sue recognised at a very early age, noticing that people did indeed become what they ate, healthy or unhealthy; the time taken to reach that physical state depending on how they also dealt with emotional stress. Hence her conclusion –
“We are what we eat and what we think !”
Despite all the money
that is invested into finding cures, cancer, arthritis, motor neurone disease, candida, mutiple sclerosis, ME
plus many others continue to increase. So little research is
being done into this aspect, the cause of ill health.
With one in three
people now being diagnosed with cancer during their lifetime (Cancer Research
According to Arthritis Research (Published May 2002
Arthritis Research Campaign 2004 - Registered Charity No. 207711)

9 million people in the
Sue predicts these numbers will rise and believes much of this ill health is preventable. While she supports the work of GPs to bring about symptom relief, she recognises that, because we are all unique individuals, what may be a healthy food for one individual may almost be like a poison to another, causing weight gain, obesity, cancer, rheumatism, arthritis, eczma, asthma and so the list goes on…….
This knowledge
and awareness is fundamental to life and survival - we ignore it at our peril.
“We
are what we eat and what we think !”
