Guided Visualisation

Guided visualisation involves sitting or lying and listening to suggestions to bring about complete relaxation. The relaxation experienced is very similar to daydreaming or a dream state where an altered state of awareness is experienced but you are not asleep. It is the unconscious that is directed to hear, sense, feel and smell. The listeners then focus their attention as they listen to interactive stories using their imagination.

This process is unique to each individual as different images, events and experiences are activated.

The technique is over 2000 years old and originated in the Far East to communicate with religious and spiritual Gods.
