In 1996 Sue became a Reiki Master, introducing and establishing Reiki to the Isle of Bute, Scotland. After using the energies for the benefit of clients, she attuned many to Reiki, including several Reiki Masters. During the same year Sue spent time in New Zealand becoming acquainted to the healing art of Polynesian Massage.

Observing that there was still something missing for the process of long-term healing to take place, she explored hypnotherapy/regression.

In 1997 Sue trained as a Hypnotist, Hypnotherapist, and NLP Practitioner finding the answer she had been looking for.

As a result Sue found great satisfaction in the transformations she witnessed and she gained a reputation for bringing about life transformations to locals and tourists alike, using hypnotherapy, regression, NLP techniques and Nutritional recommendations.

On leaving the Islan››››››d in 1999, Sue joined a retreat

Sue returned to New Zealand in 2000 where she took the opportunity of working with the Maoris and New Zealanders.

During 2001 Sue spent six months in the UK working with individual clients before travelling to Zimbabwe and Botswana. While there, once again, she used every opportunity to use her talents to work with individuals on a one to one basis. She also  discovered her ability to enthuse and guide groups into relaxation using guided visualisations. On her return to the UK Sue extended her qualifications by obtaining a post graduate diploma in hypno/psychotherapy and becoming a registered member of UKCP.

Using these opportunities to practice and observe, her vast experience brought her to the conclusion………

“We are what we eat and what we think !” Her considerable amount of nutritional knowledge together with Hypnosis, NLP and/or Regression guides people into the process of long-term healing. Very often there is a vast reduction in physical problems such as arthritic conditions, asthma, eczema and other debilitating conditions as well as the cessation of emotional problems.

Sue discovered, during the course of her work, that Guided Visualisation is also a very useful technique for stress reduction, thereby creating a far more relaxed approach to the rigours of 20th century life.

Since 2002 Sue has established herself in North Wales where she has gained a reputation for bringing about the transformation of lives. She uses techniques that are appropriate to each unique and special individual. She also gives everyone the ability to take away and use for themselves self-hypnosis/deep relaxation.

Her speciality is and always will be – Regression, finding, in her experience, this to be one of the most powerful techniques for change. However, as she stresses, it is the individual’s choice.
